PicturesToExe 4.47

Main program of PicturesToExe:
Fixed problem with incorrect order of slides after adding of copied slides to the end.
* Fixed problem of v4.46 when temp folder of PicturesToExe was mistakenly located in My documents. This problem happened only with main program of PicturesToExe.
* Fixed problem with drag-n-drop in file panels under Windows Vista (Beta) with 3D Aero Glass interface.
